Bilingual Wire Transfer Processor

Summary

Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of electronic wire transactions while providing excellent customer service, under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Listens attentively, enters and verifies the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Prepares a variety of standard reports for the department.
• Assists internal and external customers with by gathering specific information for wire processing; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.
• Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
• Ensures information requests are handled in accordance Federal Reserve or Swift guidelines based on departmental and company policies / procedures.
• Completes, passes and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or GED and + years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer and Office Equipment Skills :

• Microsoft Office suite
• Keyboard proficient

Hours :

Monday - Friday / : AM - : PM
