Ledgent Finance & Accounting has a great opportunity for a Direct Hire Property Accountant in Houston. This position is located in The Galleria area and will work a hybrid schedule after 90 day training.
Candidates must have Bachelors Degree in Accounting and 2+ years work experience in accounting. Property Management / Real Estate industry experience a huge plus! Must have strong General Ledger, financial statement reconciliations and GAAP experience.
Job Description :
Recording journal entries
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations
Monitor Payment deadlines for property tax
Monthly reporting packages
Monthly GL reports
Assist with Audit
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
2+ years experience
Strong GL experience
Salary - $70-75K depending on experience
