Pharmacist Manager
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist Manager to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare organization in Portsmouth, RI .
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist Manager :
- Meet / exceed site budgets. Leverage operating policies, procedures and process to ensure operational excellence (5 Rs).
- Optimize cost management in line with script counts. In coordination with the General Manager, serve as primary owner for Band III accounts, and facility owner for Band I and II accounts in assigned geography.
- Drive organic growth and mitigate risk with existing customer relationships. Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with appropriate regional leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales to drive deal closures and organic growth.
- Typical daytime hours 8-5pm M-F (40 hours per week on site)
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist Manager :
- Current license to practice pharmacy in Rhode Island
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
- Proficient in clinical interpretation : drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions and allergies
- Previous management / sales experience is ideal

Pay Details : $80.00 / hour - $81.00 / hour
