Bohemia Manor Farm Winery & Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to join our team of professionals in a revenuedriven role with the ability to create and manage special events entertainment and food and wine festivals.
Reporting to the resort manager our Food & Beverage Director supervises the seamless and profitable operation of all food service facilities and events in addition to the oversight of our tasting room restaurant beach bar and banquets .
This role is vital to the success of the resort as much of our volume includes catering with an emphasis on weddings. A background in luxury F&B management and supervision of catering operations & is essential.
Our F&B Director manages all personnel in the Food and Beverage Department and is responsible for all financial operational and development areas.
This position is not a steppingstone but rather a destination for a 5Star Food & Beverage authority.
