As an IT Field Service Lead for the ID1 Factory expansion., you are responsible for building and leading a team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians, to deliver high impact IT solutions for the ID1 end user computing environment as well as solutions within the factory.

To be successful in this role you must be business-focused, highly collaborative, and have a track record for solving tough problems while being obsessive about improving user experience.

This position will be located in Boise, Idaho where you will be working in a fast-paced, iterative environment that also affords the stability of a global, established and competitive technology company.

You will work with senior business stakeholders to help define solution strategies, provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and create best of breed solution experiences that will set the standard for future end-user technologies.

You should be familiar with modern client technologies (software, hardware, OS, mobile, remote access) and be able to dive deep and rapidly iterate on ideas despite ambiguity.

Requirements

Build, mentor, and train and manage a team of Field Service Engineers.

Define, execute, and manage the business solution strategy supporting the factory client environment

Build a user first mentality with the products and services you manage

Manage area work portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope and quality

Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to improve the user experience

Factory level ownership of end-user enterprise wide apps; Office suite, Adobe, and common helper apps

Collaborate with Factory resources and ensure that the needs of the end users are being met with cost effective solutions.

Develop and manage to KPIs to guarantee your team and supporting services success

Provide support via team 24x7, as well as participate in a 24x7 On Call Rotation.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

Required

3-5 years experience in any of the following :

Technical knowledge in one or more of the key technologies :

Conference room solutions (wire and wire free)

Client Technologies Hardware and Software (Windows OS, HP, Dell, workstations, laptops,

Mobile Platforms -MDM, iOS, Android

Remote Access MDM solutions, Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)

Capable of leading technology change with strong technical and strategic teams. Demonstrated experience in decision-making, prioritization and negotiation

Workplace

Travel Required - Yes - 1 to 3 trips per year either domestic or international, 1-4 weeks in duration.

Provide On call support 24x7.
