Responsibilities
Client Support : Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions.
Communication : Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Policy Management : Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Issue Resolution : Handle and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirement
Bilingual : Fluent in Spanish
Insurance Licensing : Obtain Property and Casualty License within 60 days. Training / education is 100% paid by employer.
Customer Focus : Deep commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Problem-Solving : Ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions to meet customer needs.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling customer requests and documentation.
