DOPE Marketing - Main Office - IN OFFICE POSITION

3225 Neil Armstrong Blvd, Eagan MN 55121

Hours : 8-4pm or 10am-6pm M-F ; Weekends Available for increased comp

Position Responsibilities for DOPE Print Sales Representative

• Handle 100-200+ warm leads per week
• Engage with direct response leads through phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and efficiency.
• Nurture relationships with business owners to understand their need for print products.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Become an expert on DOPE’s print products to offer effective solutions to business owners.
• Learn HubSpot CRM software to track interactions and manage leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the DOPE team and add value to daily sales tasks.
• Continually seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation in the sales process.

to educate them on the benefits of getting on a demo for our DOPE 2.0 Software

Requirements / Qualifications

• A passion for consistently executing the basics of the sales process
• Computer proficiency; familiarity with Google Workspace and HubSpot / Salesforce or any CRM is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An outgoing personality and a thirst for growth
• Self-motivation and the ability to multitask seamlessly
