Salary : $65,000 - $85,000 + commission
salary-plus-commissionConcraft is an Emergency Water and Fire Damage Restoration company that is currently searching for a Construction Project Manager to join our fast-paced, growing organization in Auburn Hills Michigan.

Responsibilities :
- Maintain the INTEGRITY of Concraft through the entire phase of the restoration process.
- Build your team of sub-contractors and trades to work with
- Direct and manage your projects in a timely and organized manner
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects in a systematic manner determined that projects are executed on time, to budget, and of high quality
- Assure a consistent working environment to enable your project teams' success
- Coordinate and schedule staff and subcontractors
- Responsible for closing the sale and obtaining signed work authorizations from property owners
- Negotiate pricing with insurance adjusters or property owners
- Communicate regularly and effectively with customers, employees, and subcontractors
- Create budgets, schedules, material lists, and equipment authorizations
- Build and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders; clients, adjusters, property managers, subcontractors, and internal team
- Ability to be on-call after hours for emergency calls; participate in a rotational schedule with other Project Managers for after-hours availability
Qualifications :
- MUST have experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry - we are unable to train at this time. Business is BOOMING!
- Highest level of integrity
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of construction and building process
- Experience working with large multi-family projects
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction and / or restoration
- Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Outlook (Email and Calendar)
- Experience with Xactimate, Dash, and Encircle is preferred
- Strong computer skills are required
This is a salary plus commission position.
