We need tolook for candidate with in 8 to 10 years of experience whohas

actual handson experience in Siebeldevelopment.

Thecandidate should have handson expertise in Siebel development.While

Siebel upgrade experience is optional anyexperience with Salesforce would

be a nicebonus.

Requirements :

Siebel Development : Stronghandson experience in Siebel development

includingproficiency in Siebel EIM PL / SQL Develop and maintain UI

backend and integration batch control M etc.

Siebel Upgrade (Optional) : Familiarity with Siebel upgradeprocesses.

Salesforce Experience (Nice toHave) : Knowledge of Salesforce would be

advantageous.

Not a Siebel Support Profile : We are not looking for candidates focused

solely onSiebel support.

Not a Project Manager (PM)Profile : This role is not project management

oriented.

Not a Siebel Architect : We arespecifically seeking a developer not an

architect.

JobDescription :

Were looking for an amazingSenior Developer CRM Systems to fill this

role which isbased in our Seattle or Miami offices. Youll beresponsible

for participating in design code and testingthroughout software

development life cycle to identifyissues / defects. Analyzing the

requirements identifyingthe risks / dependencies providing estimates

developingthe code / processes and adhering to best practices.Coordinating

with team members for code reviewdeployments support and administration.

Additionally youwill be responsible for Siebel and Salesforceapplication

support and administration; resolving issueswhile managing daytoday

development & configurationusing Siebel tools as well as integration

activities forproduction support.

Responsibilities

Develop andmaintain UI backend and integration automations using

Siebel batch control M Informatica IICS PLSQL Siebel EIM andother

relevant tools and technologies.

Customize / build Salesforce using custom objects flowsApex

classes validations formulas among other thingswhile adhering to

Salesforce best practices.

Participate in design code and testing throughout softwarelife

cycle to identify issues / defects.

Collaborates internally within team and across teams to identifyand

fix technical issues or drive design orimplementation of new features.

Continuously improvedevelopment processes and methodologies

leveragingKanban and Scrum methodologies

Follow Agile softwaredevelopment methodology and team architecture

standards.

• Create design and technicaldocumentation.
• Ensure Best Practices arefollowed.
• Ensure Security Risk and Compliancestandards are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelors DegreeComputer Science Mathematics or related
• Minimum 5years of software engineering with experience in design

development and testing of Salesforce and Siebel

Minimum 2 years experience with a relational databasepreferably

Oracle

• Minimum 2 yearsexperience with Siebel 8.1 or higher
• Proficiency inSiebel Tools eScripts SQL PLSQL Siebel EIM

Windows batchscripting Linux shell scripting

Customize / buildSalesforce using custom objects flows Apex

classesvalidations formulas among other things while adheringto

Salesforce best practices.

• Siebel 20.xexperience and Oracle Cloud OCI experience a plus
• Knowledge of travel industry business model and experience aplus
