We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Information Technology to enhance our infrastructure for our growing client base.
As the Director of Information Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our company's IT strategy, systems, and infrastructure.
You will play a pivotal role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology environment, and working with our business partners to facilitate our daily needs.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
- Manage, deploy and optimize IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and information systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Provide creative and simple solutions in relation to data delivery to clients, vendors, and staff.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Information Technology.
- Solid understanding and practical use of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of Visual Basic and PowerShell.
- Ability to utilize SharePoint in conjunction with our Vendors and Clients.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
