Education / Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Field : Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
- TPM Background / Lean Six Sigma : Proven experience implementing and utilizing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- 3+ Years of Maintenance Leadership in Manufacturing : Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Preventative & Predictive Maintenance : Solid understanding of Preventative Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Key Responsibilities :
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Maintenance Leadership, Planners, Storeroom personnel, Engineers, Operators, and Mechanics.
- Communication Network Development : Foster a communication network that enhances collaboration between Mechanics, Operators, Team Leaders, and Managers.
- Proactive Work Environment : Create and sustain a proactive work environment that actively involves mechanics in the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities.
- Equipment Reliability Program : Develop and implement an Equipment Reliability Program that integrates Planned Maintenance activities.
- Electrical / Control Platform Expertise : Build expertise within the maintenance organization on all electrical and control platforms.
- Zero-Breakdown Methodology : Implement a zero-breakdown methodology using Continuous Improvement tools and processes.
- Maximo System Utilization : Ensure the Maximo system is fully leveraged to optimize maintenance operations.
- Predictive Maintenance Technology : Implement and utilize predictive maintenance technologies to enhance equipment reliability and increase planned maintenance activities.
- Resource Utilization : Ensure effective utilization of plant maintenance resources.
- Asset Integrity and Maintenance : Manage the integrity and maintenance of all plant assets, including production equipment, facilities, and utility systems.
- Maintenance Prevention Specifications : Establish and maintain maintenance prevention specifications to ensure plant equipment is reliable and easily maintainable.
- Strategic Involvement : Engage in strategic planning, direction, and execution discussions for maintenance / reliability and broader plant-wide initiatives.
