Maintenance professionals, we are a growing property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to perform maintenance duties in your area.
We are offering $29 - $31 / hour plus quarterly bonus and on-call bonus. You get top benefits, tool and boot reimbursement and tuition reimbursement.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- HVAC troubleshooting / fixing / repair
- Completes work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
- Painting / Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance as assigned
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24 / 7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required :
- HVAC Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
