Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Barre Instructor to join our team. As a Barre Instructor, you will lead engaging and effective barre classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring participants are motivated and empowered to achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct high-energy barre classes in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Create and deliver challenging and innovative workouts that incorporate elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training.
- Provide personalized attention and modifications to accommodate participants' needs and abilities.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages participant engagement and retention.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Requirements :
- Certified Barre Instructor with a recognized accreditation (e.g., Barre Intensity, Barre3, Pure Barre).
- Previous experience teaching barre classes preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, motivational, and enthusiastic demeanor.
