Job summary Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with experience in the restoration industry who is looking for a new challenge.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience in supervising all aspects of a mitigation project and can effectively manage a team of skilled workers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manger on all job site activities
- Execute job action plan for restoration production
- Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
- Work directly and lead team members to Remove / demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
- Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
- Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
- Extract standing water if needed
- Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans
- Maintain job site safety
- Working in confined spaces including heights
- Utilization of power tools
- Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
- Utilize Company software to document loss sites along side of project manager
- Take photos at different stages of a project
- Properly use power tools
Qualifications
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation to office
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
- Use Email and other software
- Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
- Working in a team environment
- Working in tight or confined spaces
- On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call / after-hours work)
Pay range : $ - $ per hour with bonus based on performance
