Position Overview : We are in need of a dependable and experienced caregiver to serve as an On-Call Weekend Caregiver . This role involves stepping in when necessary to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene.
- Work comfortably with pets and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Offer transportation services for clients as needed.
- Learn to operate a Hoyer lift (training available if needed).
- Support clients with Dementia / Alzheimer’s care.
Requirements :
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Be available for on-call shifts.
Position Details :
- As an on-call caregiver, you will receive a flat fee of $65 for your availability during the weekend (8 AM - 8 PM on Saturday and Sunday).
- If called to work a shift, you will be compensated at a rate of $20 per hour.
- You must respond to calls within 15 minutes and be prepared to arrive at the client’s location within one hour.
