Responsibilities :
- Assist Senior Accountant with Accounts Payable functions including matching, batching and coding invoices
- Assist with AP process automation including adding ACH information, adding vendors to electronic database, etc.
- Respond to audit requests as needed
- Assist with basic month end closing procedures including bank and account reconciliations as needed
Experience Preferred :
- 2 years or more of Accounting experience
- Non-profit experience a plus
- Intacct knowledge a major plus!
