FULL DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For :
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times including OSHA logs and investigations
- Assist with Payroll Processing (Paychex)
- Manage employee time cards and expense reports
- Handle employee termination and plan cancellations
- Coordinate qualifying events (birth, divorce, death, child's 26th birthday, etc.)
- Facilitate open enrollment and ACA Reporting
- Prepare monthly workers comp reports and injury reporting & log updates
- Track employee injuries and attend claim calls
- Manage recruitment ads and networking
- Review resumes & applications and interview potential candidates
- Make recommendations on hiring
- Conduct harassment training and health benefits explanation
- Oversee general safety and standardizing employee review processes
- Manage PTO requests and tracking, birthday and anniversary recognition, holiday parties, and company event planning
- Implement a 60-day training program & review
- Handle EDD, FMLA, and State withholding orders
Salary Range : $30-33 / hr
