As a Product Specialist, you'll become an expert on our vehicles, technology, and features, providing customers with detailed information and an outstanding dealership experience. Responsibilities : Engage customers and explain vehicle features and benefits. Stay current on product knowledge and technology updates. Support the sales team by providing in-depth vehicle demonstrations. Assist customers with technology setup in their vehicles. Qualifications : Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for automotive technology. Customer service experience is a plus.
