We are looking for a Controller to join our team. We are one of the largest suppliers of military camouflage in the United States.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A / R, A / P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Controls and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close-out process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Additional controller duties as necessary
Requirements :
- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience - Manufacturing experience a plus
- Degree in Accounting
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year end close-outs process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
