About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Records Coordinator for our Allocation Solutions Department. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and preparing batches of documentation for medical / legal review.
This role requires a focus on organization, quality and precision. This is not a client-facing role, but it requires the ability to effectively and timely communicate with internal staff.

About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role
- Sort and organize file documentation per internal guidelines
- Scan paper documents via high-speed scanner (as needed)
- Successfully participate in the workflow process between administrative professionals, paralegals, attorneys, and medical professionals
- Demonstrate organization, quality, and precision
- Handle material of a highly confidential nature
- Data entry of key data
- When necessary, demonstrate agility in rush situations
