The LMS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of NAPA’s learning management systems (Docebo LMS / Workday Learning).
The role is responsible for creating courses, lessons, campaigns, and reports and completing regular data & metrics management within both systems.
The role also contributes to system configurations, troubleshooting, and ongoing implementation of the Docebo LMS and Workday Learning to drive NAPA’s organizational strategy forward.
Responsibilities
- Manages administrative and technical aspects of the Workday and Docebo learning management systems, including uploading content, creating courses & curricula, testing, assigning, maintaining, and reporting on learning content.
- Maintains data integrity for both systems, such as course descriptions, course or class changes, training content, materials, user groups, etc.
- Collaboratively works with others in IT, the Workday Configuration Team, Global Learning Leaders etc. to proactively manage the learning systems to meet NAPA’s compliance and planning needs.
- Works with content providers and internal teams on the introduction of enhanced LMS functionality.
- Stays current on all learning technology and learning experience design evolution.
- Makes recommendations for future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
- Acts as global subject matter expert for partners on how to best utilize the Docebo and Workday learning management systems.
- Partners closely with the team of program managers, instructional designers, and vendors to support the execution of annual mandatory education and just in time training requests.
- Implements advanced learning elements such as campaigns, mass enrollments, and waitlists and manages course enrollments, course creation, reporting and dashboards.
- Uploads, publishes, tests, archives learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources as needed.
- Creates and manages overall course structures, sets up course programs, and maintains learning plans and course listings.
- Manages the creation and availability of LMS and Customer Learning operational and business outcome metrics through scheduled reports.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- Excellent time-management, project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Learning Design and Technology, Education Technology, or relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in a role supporting a Docebo or Workday implementation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
