SERVER / DIETARY AIDE

Stafford Healthcare, SeaTac is looking for full time and part time Dietary Aides to join our dynamic team at our Des Moines location.

Sign-on bonus if hired before 11 / 15 / 2021

• Full time $1000 if working 30+ hours per week
• Part time $500 if working 20-29 hours per week
• 50% paid out on first full pay period and the other 50% upon successful completion of 90 days

Dietary Aide Responsibilities :

Responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed by the Dietary Supervisor / Cook, including but not limited to Dining Room and Kitchen duties.

Dietary Aide Requirements :

• Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must meet all Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements related to this position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to read / write in English, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to move intermittently throughout the day. Must possess sight / hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met, to include the use of equipment and supplies
• Able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift most of the time. Must be able to lift, push, pull and move equipment, supplies, etc.

in the excess of fifty (50) pounds throughout the workday. May be exposed to blood / body fluids

• Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability
• Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, and lift 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Our Company follows WA Proclamation 21.14.1 which requires all employees working in the Health Care Setting be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless they are exempt for medical and religious reasons, no later than October 18, 2021.
