Accord Carton is searching for a highly motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of electro-mechanical equipment.
You will use your skills to diagnose problems, ensure efficient operation, and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including robotics, automated processing, equipment, and HVAC / refrigeration systems.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to identify root causes.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance longevity.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Use hand and power tools, meters, and other diagnostic equipment to perform repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements :
- Associate degree in a technical field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or repair.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Experience with hand and power tools, meters, and other diagnostic equipment (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
