Primary Care Physician
As a Primary Care Physician, you will be embarking on a fulfilling career path where you play a crucial role in the health and well-being of the community.
This position entails providing high-quality medical services in the area of Internal Medicine or Family Practice. You will be instrumental in educating patients and their families about health issues, prevention, and treatment options, while also collaborating on their ongoing care.

Compensation : $225,000.00 - $300,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Interview and examine patients to diagnose their medical issues.
- Design and manage comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and early detection of health issues.
- Provide referrals as necessary based on examinations and patient needs.
- Participate actively in quality improvement programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Address patient complaints, inquiries, and requests effectively and compassionately.
- Ensure full confidentiality in handling patient information in compliance with federal regulations.
- Meticulously complete Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation daily.
- Manage and respond to medical inquiries during night calls as needed.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s).
- Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Active DEA license.
- Prior experience in a similar role highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

- Experience in a full clinical onsite role.
- Proven track record in improving patient care.
- Expertise in managing and utilizing electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong communication abilities and a compassionate approach.
- Leadership experience in a medical practice environment.
