Since 1970, Hale Kipa has championed Hawai'i's youth and children. We provide youth outreach, independent living facilities, therapeutic foster care, a haven for runaways, and more.
Our founders recognized a need for a nonprofit to step in to assist this deserving population and we are still doing that critical work today, on O'ahu, Kaua'i, and the Island of Hawai'i.

Role Overview
Hale Kipa is looking for full-time Case Managers for our Independent Living / Higher Education / Imua Kakou who will provide case management services to youth.
Must have knowledge of community resources that are available to the youth. The Case Manager position is an on-site job.
Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, be timely with documentation, have basic computer skills, and the ability to navigate an electronic health record system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- At least one (1) year of experience with youth and youth services is required

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems
- Consistent and timely documentation
- Access to a vehicle for the purpose of transporting youth
- A valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance and safety check

Salary
- $40,000 / annual
- Retention Bonus : $500 after 1 year of employment
