Description

Seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer with a strong background in plastics manufacturing to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our plastics production processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze existing plastics manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Develop and implement new processes for the production of plastic parts and components.
  • Troubleshoot process issues related to equipment, materials, and molding parameters.
  • Conduct trials and experiments to optimize process parameters and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process control plans (PCPs).
  • Collaborate with other engineers, production personnel, and quality control teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in plastics manufacturing technologies and materials.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Plastics, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in plastics manufacturing processes, such as injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding.
  • Strong understanding of plastics materials, rheology, and processing principles.
  • Experience with process optimization tools and techniques (., Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
