Job description

  • Overall 3-7 years of proven and referenceable experience in Technology Sales (Products or Services) or Customer Success Function.
  • Demonstrable key traits - Bias for action, Customer-centric focus, and Growth mindset.
  • Expertise or knowledge of one or more of the following areas - CRM, Billing, ERP, Product Engineering, Applications Support, Analytics / BI or Technology staffing.
  • Ability to steer customer conversations, create / develop relationships, spot new opportunities and nurture them, own and drive targets.
  • Willingness to learn and aspiration to grow into Account Manager / Client Partner Role.
  • Experience working with offshore / near shore teams in an organization with multi-shore teams.
