CNC Maintenance Technician

Creed Monarch is seeking a full-time CNC Maintenance Technician who will assist in shop-wide CNC maintenance and repairs.

This includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and mechanical issues in a wide range of production machinery, automation devices, and facilities equipment.

The candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to various employees and technicians are required.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in CNC machine maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Technical or vocational training in CNC maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with various types of CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) and various CNC controls and PLCs.
• Ability to comprehend electrical diagrams, manuals, and other technical information.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities include :

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of CNC equipment.
• Conduct machine alignments, calibration, and adjustments.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve machine issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and other maintenance personnel.
