Compensation- 75-90K plus bonuses. This position requires heavy travel as we respond to projects across the U.S.

Restoration Project Manager

Position Overview

Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a reconstruction project. (small to medium in size and scope) Partners with Construction Manager to understand scope of work, facilitate work with subcontractors and property owners, supervises and coordinates all elements of each reconstruction job.

Job Responsibilities

Determines which portions of the job will be produced internally and which will be subcontracted.

Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Inside working conditions : The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
