Job Summary :

The Project Manager II is responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a restoration project, large and complex in size and scope. They partner with Construction Managers to understand the scope of work, facilitate the work with subcontractors and property owners, and supervise and coordinate all elements of each reconstruction job.
