In this role, you will organize, coordinate, and oversee all construction processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient project completion while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities : -Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to establish project specifications and requirements.

• Negotiate contracts with external vendors, securing profitable and favorable agreements.-Obtain necessary permits and licenses from appropriate regulatory authorities.
• Assess and allocate necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while adhering to budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive construction schedules to ensure all project phases are met on time.-Acquire, monitor, and maintain project equipment and material stocks, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
• Hire and manage subcontractors and project staff, delegating responsibilities efficiently.-Supervise laborers, mechanics, and site teams, providing leadership and support as needed.
• Evaluate and report project progress, preparing detailed documentation for stakeholders.-Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards and promptly address any issues.

Qualifications : -Experience : Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 15 years in project management and civil or site prep construction.

Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, material management, and project principles.-Software Proficiency : Familiarity with Procore, MS Office Suite, MS Project, or other construction scheduling software.

Experience with project management software is a plus.-Communication & Leadership : Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.

• Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science, or a related field preferred. PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Work Schedule : -Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with 10-hour shifts. Weekend work as needed based on project demands.Work Location : -Memphis, TN - On-site work required.
