MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER - TRAVELING

Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Mechanical Project Manager Traveling.
Mechanical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits :
Total compensation for the Mechanical Project Manager - Traveling is between $90,000 and $130,000.

Mechanical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage projects and teams from qualification through closeout.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects at various stages.
- Responsible for planning, negotiating, and completing projects.
- Responsible for building and installing system to customer specifications.
- Perform estimates and prepare change orders.
- Manage RFI Log, change order log, labor tracking, material procurement and scheduling of activities.
- Prepare reports for job cost analysis.
- Will be required to attend project management meetings and jobsite coordination.
- Transparent reporting to executive management and client.
Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications
- 3-8 years of Project Management experience in the Mechanical Construction Industry.
- Experience with Mechanical Projects with budgets over $40M.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing and / or piping.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or related preferred.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, field employees, vendors, and other contractors.
- MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL OR RELOCATE FOR PROJECT DURATION.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
