Unit Description
Sodexo has an opportunity for a Senior Director of Construction Management . This role leads the Project Management team within our Tech & Services for North America.
You will support food service construction projects, infrastructure renewal projects, capital improvement projects, energy projects, and construction management capabilities across Sodexo’s full offer portfolio within the various business units (primarily food & dining facilities).
This position will oversee the support of each component of the construction Initiative including but not limited to market requirements, education, customers liaison, defining and developing solutions, and continuous improvement.
More specifically, this position will lead construction projects identifying and hiring talent as required.
This is a virtual opportunity that will involve travel of 30% across the United States.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Leads a national team of construction project managers implementing infrastructure and renewal projects in the Healthcare, Education, Business & Industry, and Government markets.
- Handles or oversees the development of business case solutions outlining the benefits of the solution, including design, development and rollout.
