Summary
The Learning Consultant I / II / III (Change Management) is responsible for supporting leaders in change management and training associated with the adoption of Workday and Epic, as well as for engaging the CoxHealth workforce in continued growth and professional development.
Key characteristics in this role will include strong written and verbal communication, positivity, collaboration, and organization.
Job Requirements Education Required : Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience Required : Minimum seven (7) years experience in education and training, organizational development, and / or leadership role.
Preferred : Experience with learning program development, including full lifecycle design (i.e., content creation, implementation, and evaluation) for adult learners, preferably within a healthcare or service environment.
Skills Knowledge of the principles and methods for curriculum and program design, teaching, and instruction for adult learners, including on-line learning environments.
Demonstrate superior presentation and facilitation skills by presenting clearly, concisely, and effectively with appropriate planning and preparation of content.
Exhibit outstanding skill in coaching and delivery of professional developmental feedback. Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Possess strong project management skills with a proven ability to advocate for change and achieve successful results. Exhibit exceptional problem solving skills using creativity, innovation, and solutions-focused attitude.
Demonstrate exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail; prioritize multiple tasks and programs and complete them under time constraints.
Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office. Experience using an LMS or other learning platform.
