Job Description :

To assist the Food and Beverage Director and Assistant Director in maintaining administrative matters, promotions, cost controls, scheduling, payroll, human resource matters, and budget controls.

Responsibilities :

Design and layout all menus and promotional materials for all Food and Beverage Department.

Design all promotional material.

Design all posters, flyers, tent cards, food signs, signage for the hotel, and coupons.

Responsible for all collateral Food and Beverage day-to-day running and administration matters.

Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Director.

Process weekly payroll and provide support to all Food and Beverage departments through the Kronos system.

Maintain up-to-date BEO menu books.

Coordinate Food and Beverage meetings and produce minutes.

Produce and consolidate weekly management schedules for all F&B departments.

Maintain stationary supplies & proper filing systems.

To assist in food & beverage outlets as needed

Qualifications :

Customer Service, prior admin experience preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Delphi or similar programs

Excellent organizational skills

Clear, positive, energetic communication skills.

Able to deliver and communicate to diverse crowd of associates.

Excellent communication and literature skills.

Food & beverage or culinary experience preferred
