As the Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the cath lab staff, manage schedules and workflows, develop performance improvement initiatives, and assist with staff onboarding and training.
You will also identify areas for growth, safety risks, and uphold high patient safety standards in the Cath Lab. You will report to the Director of Inpatient Services and be supported by Nurse Supervisors.

Nursing experience in the cardiac cath lab coupled with progressive leadership experience will make for quick interviews.
Candidates with a California RN License, BSN, or equivalent experience are ideal.
