A Large Mental Health Service Company is hiring Dutch, French, and German Bilingual Service Representatives fully remote!
Position : Service Success Advocate
Responsibilities :
- Review and interview licensed professional Therapist applicants to ensure proper licensing, training, experience, and accreditation.
- Conduct initial application reviews, license verifications, credentialing, sanctions investigations, and profile creation.
- Assist therapists with the onboarding process through outbound phone calls.
- Maintain productive communications with applicants and approved therapists via email, phone, and live chat.
- Perform ongoing license credentialing and sanctions monitoring for therapists in the provider network.
- Monitor and evaluate therapist profiles, contacting therapists for necessary edits.
- Provide support to active and prospective members by responding to email inquiries about the platform and services.
- Assist members with refund, financial aid, subscription questions, password resets, and membership setup.
- Respond to therapists’ emails regarding platform navigation, scheduling support, and account questions.
- Conduct proactive outreach to gather feedback, improve satisfaction, and prevent churn.
- Collect and funnel user feedback, issues, and requests to the appropriate channels.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and commitment to SLAs.
Hours :
- Must be available 7 days / week from 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM ET.
- Set schedule based on business needs, with potential shifts.
- Plan for a 5-day, 40-hour work week within these parameters.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual proficiency required in Dutch, French or German.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
