Position : Process Technician
Type : Direct Hire
Schedule : 12-hour shifts on day shifts or night shifts, 3-4 days per week
Location : Phoenix, Arizona
Responsibilities (Analyze, Communicate & Collaborate)
Enlists technical aptitude, process analysis, and escalation skills in an office setting multitasking up to 25 online manufacturing systems and data analysis.
Effectively collaborate and communicate detailed technical information to managers, technicians and leadership.
Internalize and demonstrate the ability to use established procedures, lean manufacturing and SOPs to identify challenges and produce solutions.
Diagnose potential risks through memorization of dozens of defect codes per module to identify trends and mitigate production risk and align to daily goals.
Diligently participate in 6-9 months of training which include :
On the Job training
SOP learning
Job shadowing
Video training
Actual Production
Skills & Qualifications
2-8 years of experience within a professional office environment
Demonstrate the knowledge of process improvement and analysis of data in a manufacturing environment.
Must enjoy working in an office setting, understand process flow analysis and possess strong Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS Office / Outlook skills
Comfortable working a compressed 12hr / day work week, that requires you to be available days or nights post training.
Eligible candidates must have :
HS Diploma or GED
Proof of US Citizenship or Green Card
