Title : Director of Operations
Location : Westport, CT (5 days on-site)
Potential Compensation : $150,000 $160,000 + Bonus

- Overseeing daily business operations and ensuring seamless workflow across departments
- Managing and optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitoring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Work experience in financial services, lending, real estate industry
- Experience in developing budgets and business plans
