What We Offer

• $92,000 - $123,600 / hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
• $7,500 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus at 12 months of employment

As a Clinic Nurse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to :

• Coach, mentor, and train staff, assessing competencies and providing continuous performance management
• Support staff growth and development by assessing educational and clinical needs, collaborating with individuals on opportunities
• Collaborate with Nursing and Medical Assistant staff on educational initiatives and performance improvement
• Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and orientation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Develop department work plan, delegate work, and monitor compliance with clinic standards and regulations
• Lead patient care delivery planning, workflow implementation, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with clinic and maintenance staff to maintain facility and equipment
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinic standards

Qualifications :

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Two years experience in nursing or healthcare operations is required, preferably one year in a Nursing Supervisory capacity
• OR State RN License; Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements : Must submit proof of license in state of residenceMust submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboardingMilitary Nurses are not required to obtain Nurse Licensure Compact
• CPR Certification within 90 days
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred (level 10 receives bilingual differential pay)
• Proficient in nursing concepts, patient care, medication usage, and communication
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work effectively with patients and colleagues
• Basic proficiency with EMR, Word and Excel
