ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups.
The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

Multimedia graphics and strategic communications play a critical role in visual storytelling that engages, informs and inspires how we are working to meet these societal needs.
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our in-house creative agency to produce impactful visual communications.
What you will do
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality creative content from concept to completion. The graphic designer will take conceptual ideas, hard data and facts to create impactful visual representations, in print and digital media.
This role requires expert knowledge of current design software and skills in every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.
A portfolio of design work is imperative.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- More than 10 years of graphic design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, communications, or similar discipline
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 10+ years of experience with design and presentation software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Motion graphic, 3D, and / or video production knowledge a plus
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality design with an established brand identity
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and find creative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict version control / quality control
- Creative self-starter with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of colleagues
- Collaborating with multiple teams, the Senior Graphic Designer will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to align on project needs, creative development, resources and schedule
