Job Description :

Senior Purchasing Clerk

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Purchasing Clerk for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities :

Responsible for managing inventory and orders through the Birchstreet Procurement Platform.

Maintains the dock for the delivery of goods and efficiently transfer the goods to the relevant departments.

Communicates to other departments and manages the oversight of delivery coordination across property.

Responsible for proper receiving, storing, and issuing of all food and beverage products in the food, beverage, and general storeroom under the guidance of the department supervisor.

Delivers requisition and parcels daily.

Inspect and unpack merchandise received, and stock / store warehouse inventory products, such as food, beverage, and non-perishable items.

Adhere to operations procedures and local health department regulation.

Maintain organization and cleanliness in all work areas.

Assist in conducting Physical Inventory.

Assist receiving of goods, for quality and accuracy.

Assist in document filing, logs, and other clerical duties.

Report any discrepancies on requisitions, receiving, quality, and inventory.

Qualifications :

Must be flexible and able to work am and pm shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Must have a valid Texas Driver's license.

Must be able to handle repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Stand or walk for an extended period in an outdoor / indoor environment.

Must be able to operate hand truck, pallet jack, golf cart.

Experience with eProcurement Platforms, preference of Birchstreet eProcurement Platform.
