OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity, along with the ability to assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.

DUTIES

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Manage inventory control and ordering supplies
  • Coordinate with the culinary team for catering events and fine dining services
  • Support restaurant management in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and control
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with menu planning and execution
  • Previous experience in fine dining establishments is a plus

HOURS : Tuesday Saturday

48 hours / week

  • $60,000 base pay with opportunity for a raise after 90 day review.
