Position Title : Production Operator
Department : Production
Starting Pay : $18.00 / HR
Shifts : 1st & 2nd Available
Position Summary :
The Line Technician is responsible for ensuring the achievement of production objectives by conducting line operations with a focus on safety, product quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Adjust and manage equipment settings for optimal performance.
- Record accurate data on material usage and product specifications.
- Manage coil operations and product tagging.
- Complete necessary paperwork and report labor accurately.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements :
- High School diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of ISO procedures.
- Ability to operate secondary process equipment and understand material types.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding measurement tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs unassisted.
