SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
TrueNorth Steel is seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the management of digital channels and support content planning for product and service campaigns.
This role requires expertise in SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics to drive brand visibility and engagement.
You'll take ownership of digital strategy and work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and deliver measurable results.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Digital Channel Management
- Lead day-to-day management and optimization of digital marketing channels including social media, website, email and paid digital media.
- Oversee and optimize search engine marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM efforts to drive organic and paid traffic to digital assets.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to ensure KPIs and ROI are met.
- Oversee the budget for digital marketing campaigns, optimizing spend allocation for maximum impact.
- Act as liaison with digital marketing agency.
- Support the organization's CRM initiatives
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns for products and services, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Work closely with product, sales, and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product / service offerings.
- Support and manage event-based marketing initiatives, coordinating with teams to promote products, services and the TrueNorth Steel brand through trade shows, industry events and associations.
- Oversee lead generation and follow-up processes, ensuring activities contribute to measurable ROI and business growth.
- Content Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with graphic designer and video content specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with specific product, services, and enterprise objectives.
- Support company visual asset needs through project and people photography initiatives.
- Embrace and demonstrate the qualities of the TrueNorth Steel Game Changer definition.
- Prompt and dependable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and working with external vendors
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management and campaign execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
