UNCHAIN is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategies and initiatives, shaping the brand's presence and driving user engagement.
The CMO will play a crucial role in spearheading marketing efforts that elevate UNCHAIN visibility, foster community growth, and drive strategic partnerships to expand our global reach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention.
- Lead a talented marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels to promote UNCHAIN services and values.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure brand consistency.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and media outlets to amplify UNCHAIN presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital finance landscape.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content, including social media campaigns, blog posts, videos, and press releases, to enhance brand engagement.
- Drive community engagement initiatives to cultivate a strong, active user community and advocate for UNCHAIN.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for growth and impact.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform marketing decisions and ensure compliance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in marketing leadership roles within the fintech, crypto, or tech industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in community building, influencer marketing, and brand development in the digital space.
