Do you like working from home? We are seeking individuals that have experience as Site Acquisition Agents in the wireless industry.
Our agents have the ability to independently complete file reviews and zoning / permitting determinations, identify new sites, lease new builds and / or efficiently complete, track and execute collocation applications, and successfully manage sites through the zoning and permitting process.
We are looking for someone based in Colorado, ideally along the Front Range. In this position you would work from your home office.
Some regional travel will be required on an as needed basis for field work related to new site builds, and for in person submittals and / or public hearings.
In this position, you would be working mostly Modification sites, but there will be some new site builds. The majority of the time, this will be a home based office position.
Requirements :
- Research identified area
- Identify candidate(s) and drive the ring
- Prepare SCIP’s
- Present qualified candidate (or no candidate ) package to our Client
- Complete File / Lease Reviews and Zoning / Permitting Determinations
- Negotiate on behalf of Client lease or amendments with landlord
- Coordinate with Client’s legal department
- Obtain entry and testing agreement
- Acquire all existing site documentation from owner
- Complete and submit tower application
- Coordinate and track preparation of lease with owner from start to finish
- Coordinate title search
- Review existing Client lease to verify scope of work is covered
- Notify Client of any conflicts between existing lease and proposed work (equipment rights, lease area, rent increase, etc.)
- File applications to tower owners as required
- Negotiate lease and license agreements
- Obtain owner approvals for testing
- Coordinate changes to standard lease / license with Client’s legal department
- Obtain business decision approvals from Client
- Negotiate, draft and acquire all easement for access and utilities
- Prepare, execute, and record MOL’s as required
- Complete and submit any and all zoning / permitting applications
- Coordinate all documents necessary for submittal and completion of zoning / permitting process
- Prepare all presentation material required for zoning / permitting process
- Obtain landlord signature if required for zoning application
- Provide copies of approvals / denials to Client

Additional Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or qualified experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and people
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
