Job Summary
Perform varied clerical and administrative support duties of a moderately complex nature according to established procedures.
Essential Duties
Provides a warm reception for the Admission office, greeting visitors, employing intake protocols to capture the purpose of their visit, and connecting the guest with the appropriate team member or department.
Answers the telephone, screens supervisor's calls, places outgoing calls, and returns voicemails. Provides information to callers or routes to appropriate person.
Prepares various forms as directed such as submitting purchase requisitions, processes invoices and receipts purchases, initiates budget transfers, makes travel arrangements, and maintains expense reports for multiple budgets.
Composes routine correspondence to support the office operations, such as requesting quotes from vendors, placing service tickets, maintenance requests, and communicating with other departments to reserve spaces, schedule appointments and events.
Opens the mail andassembles related material to be answered by the supervisor or department team members.Assists with the department email and may answer routine correspondence.
Performs other clerical duties, including : maintaining a filing system, making copies, data entry, assists in maintaining the department calendar and preparing of meeting agendas and memos.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.
3 years of experience.
Demonstrated administrative, accurate typing, and data entry skills.
Ability to organize daily work procedures and perform duties under one’s own initiative with supervisory guidance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with others.

Associate’s degree or equivalent education Degree requirement may be substituted with
relevant and equivalent work experience.
