Responsibilities
- Guide Success : Monitor student grades and attendance, provide academic advising, and manage paperwork for withdrawals and leaves of absence.
- Support Systems : Act as a backup for Student Services, partner with the Education Department, and assist with various student and community programs.
- Enhance Learning : Develop course schedules, address scheduling challenges, and advise students on their options.
- Champion Resources : Assist with ADA / 504 accommodations, Veterans Benefits, and Student VISA processes as needed.
- Foster Community : Support housing needs, mediate roommate conflicts, and ensure housing status codes are updated.
Qualifications
- Education : High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Experience : 2-3 years in the education field preferred but not required
- Skills : Proficiency in Word and Excel, excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
- Attributes : Positive attitude, multi-tasker, and willingness to learn
