Immediate Job Opportunity Full-time and part-time positions available for Emergency Medical Services Paramedics. Up to $12.
5k sign-on bonus / relocation for full-time paramedics committing to one year. We are seeking passionate and skilled Emergency Medical Services Paramedics to deliver exceptional and compassionate care to our patients.
Responsibilities include : Assessing each call situation and determining the best course of action following established protocols.
Utilizing advanced medical equipment and procedures to provide high-quality care. Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide assurance and information.
Taking on leadership responsibilities as a Paramedic team leader when necessary. Driving the ambulance for 911 responses.
Collaborating with allied health professionals and public safety personnel. Participating in community programs to promote positive public relations.
Required qualifications : State Paramedic License State Driver's License BLS, ACLS, PALS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Compliant driving record Passing a Physical Agility Test Some work experience, preferably in healthcare Working Conditions and Mental / Physical Requirements : Working Conditions : Availability for varied shifts, extended workdays, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
Potential exposure to moderate noise levels and working in moving vehicles. Physical Demands : Includes extensive sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing.
Clear speech and hearing are necessary, and the ability to wear a face mask / respirator for prolonged periods is required.
Mental Requirements : Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations and stressful environments.
